Late Cancellation / No Show Fees An appointment booked with us is time reserved for you – ONLY for you. We do our very best to always be on time for you when you arrive, and we ask that you do the same for us. Missed appointments (No Show) and Late Cancellations have a very real cost to your Therapist. They leave a gap in the therapist’s day which could have been filled by another client if sufficient notice was given. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it would be fantastic if you could provide 48-24 hours notice. With that said, we REQUIRE a minimum of 24 hours notice. This is a common courtesy to our therapists and other clients who are on the cancellation list trying to get in for an appointment. Therefore, if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked. *A credit card is required to book your appointment*
